Patrick Beyrer is a Research Associate on Global Public Health at the Asia Society Policy Institute's (ASPI) Center for China Analysis (CCA). He is currently an Associate at the China Practice of McLarty Associates, a global strategy firm in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining CCA, Patrick worked as a China Analyst at The Asia Group and interned for the Center for Strategic and International Studies’ China Power Project. He is a graduate of the Yenching Academy of Peking University and completed Mandarin language training at National Taiwan University. Patrick received his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in East Asian Languages & Civilizations.
