A Taste of Taiwan Delicacies - Cooking Demonstration and Dinner
VIEW EVENT DETAILSThe San Francisco Taipei Sister City Committee is pleased to bring to San Francisco a cooking demonstration by Taiwan's internationally acclaimed chef Pao-Yuan Huang. Chef Huang was awarded the 2010 Executive Chef Medal of Honor from the Chain de Rotisseurs International and has led many award-winning team competitions in Taiwan, South Korea and Malaysia. Chef Huang will demonstrate his signature dish the “Lion’s Head” as well as the traditional Taiwan dish known as the “Stuffed Coffin Toast” (demonstration only).
Mr. Narsai David, well-known KCBS Radio-San Francisco Food and Wine Editor, will also join us and share his experiences with Taiwanese dishes. The demonstration will take place from 6:00 to 7:00 pm and the dinner will follow promptly. The program will include a delicious menu, listed below:
