Naomi Duguid has built a reputation as a pioneering chronicler of Asian cuisine. She has published six cookbooks. Two of them, Flatbreads and Flavors: A Baker’s Atlas and Hot Sour Salty Sweet: A Culinary Journey Through Southeast Asia, were named “Cookbook of the Year” by the James Beard Foundation.
