How Does Mindful Awareness Reduce Stress?

NEW YORK, April 5, 2017 — Learn how mindful awareness can help reduce stress in this sneak peek of Asia Society New York’s Meditation Wednesdays. The 30-minute meditation sessions are led by Dr. Patricia A. Bloom, an associate professor of geriatrics at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine who specializes in teaching mindfulness to reduce stress.
