Where is the Skirball Cultural Center?
The Skirball Center is located at 2701 North Sepulveda Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90049.

When should I arrive for the cocktail reception?
Please arrive at 5:30 p.m. to allow for adequate time for check-in and to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination. The reception will begin at 5:45 p.m and conclude at 6:45 p.m.

When does the gala dinner begin?
The gala dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m. and conclude at 9:00 p.m.

Where should I park?
Please park in the North Garage as indicated on the map below.

Is there valet or complimentary parking?
Parking is complimentary. Valet parking will be provided for honorees and select sponsors and their guests. Password will be provided.

Are there COVID-19 safety protocols in place for this event?
The Skirball Cultural Center requires guests to present proof of vaccination upon arrival. The cocktail reception and gala dinner will also both take place outside as a precaution. For the safety of all attending, if you have been in large crowds or have reason to believe you have had exposure to anyone who has tested positive for the coronavirus recently, it is incumbent upon you to take and produce a PCR test.

What are the COVID-19 requirements for children?
Ages 12 and up: Show proof of full vaccination.
Ages 5 to 11: Show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result*.
Infants and children under 5: Show a negative COVID-19 test result*.
*Self-administered home tests are accepted for children under 12.

What qualifies as "fully vaccinated"?
Two weeks after your second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines
Or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

What counts as proof of vaccination?
Your vaccination card, a digital vaccine record, or a legible photograph and your photo ID (ages 18 and up).

Do I need to wear a mask?
In accordance with Los Angeles County ordinances, guests are not required to wear masks but are welcome to do so.

How many guests will be in attendance?
300 guests will be in attendance.

Is seating assigned?
Tables are assigned, but individual seats are not. Table assignments will be given during check-in.

What is the event's dress code?
The dress code is evening attire or cultural dress. For reference, you may view the 2019 Annual Gala Photos, 2018 Annual Gala Photos, and 2017 Annual Gala Photos.

Should I bring a jacket?
The cocktail reception and gala dinner will both take place outdoors in the courtyards of the Skirball Center. Temperatures will likely be in the mid to high 60s and we suggest that guests bring a jacket or shawl.
