After many years of tasting and education from traveling through the sake breweries of Japan, Mark has acquired close friendships and understanding in the world of Sake. Water & Rice Sake Co. is built on multiple collaborations with many of the best Sake Brewers.

Mark spends intensive time tasting, blending and bottling different Sake with the brewers in limited small batches. Water & Rice Sake is normally offered only through the website mailing list and loyal clients.
