Pradeep Kashyap is known as the father of rural marketing in India. He is recognized as a thought leader and is a regular speaker at CEO forums in India and abroad. He is a regular guest speaker at the top B-schools in India. In 1993 he started MART as a transparent, team based, non-hierarchical, flat organization based on ethical and spiritual principles which has emerged as India's leading rural consultancy organisation. He has been Marketing Advisor to MoRD and has served on the Prime Minister's Office and Chief Minister Committees on rural development. He is a World Bank and United Nations consultant.
Navi Radjou, Executive Director, Centre for India and Global Business, Judge Business School, University of Cambridge
Navi Radjou is a globally-recognized voice of business strategy and innovation. He is a strategy consultant to leading organizations worldwide. In 2008, he published his research on Indian innovation in a 10-part report series titled India: The Innovation Giant (Re) Awakens. Previously, Radjou was a Vice President and analyst at Forrester Research in Boston and San Francisco.
Rita Soni, CEO, NASSCOM
Rita Soni has 17 years of diverse experience in the private and non-profit sectors. Her last position was as Country Head- Responsible Banking at YES BANK where she spearheaded a pioneering business approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability. She was previously with the American India Foundation (AIF) heading Communications and Advocacy for the India operations, a founding team member of the International Fellowships Program (IFP) at Ford Foundation, and at General Electric, moving from an engineering management training program to the Corporate Audit Staff, followed by operations and finance at NBC.
