Measures for developers and contractors that are members of the China International Contractors Association (CHINCA). Corporate credit files should be collected from relevant national ministries and commissions, other companies, and other industry associations.
Offers measures to strengthen credit construction, enhance awareness of risk prevention, increase information disclosure, and encourage better practices for overseas activities.
Developers and Contractors should:
- Face the relevant administrative punishment for "bad” company information.
CHINCA should:
- Use industry regulations to determine other serious violations of laws and regulations, signs of a lack of integrity, and bad business behaviors.
CHINCA should reprimand Developers and Contractors for:
- Violating labor contracts or laws.
- Disrespecting local customs, religious beliefs, and living habits, which leads to conflicts with local people.
- Threatening local public safety.
CHINCA should reprimand Developers and Contractors for:
- Destroying the local environment.
