About the Instructor
Chelsea Guerra is an experienced Korean language teacher who has worked with the Houston Korean Education Center for 2 years. She graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Linguistics, as well as a degree and a certification in TESOL. She began learning Korean through a language program with Seoul National University and has continued her Korean language studies for the past 10 years. Earlier this year along with Katarina Pollock and Yujin Kim, she co-authored and published the book Writing Conversational Korean: Book One for Korean language learners. Through the perspective of a non-native Korean speaker, she hopes to provide a unique insight into an English speaker's struggles with understanding and speaking Korean.
