2014 Diversity Leadership Forum & Awards Ceremony Explore How Companies Engage Asian Pacific American Talent
Asia Society issued findings from the Asian Pacific Americans (APA) Corporate Survey at the sixth annual Diversity Leadership Forum in New York yesterday. The study surveyed employees from Fortune 500 companies to measure the sentiments of Asian Pacific American employees, and highlight the distinctive qualities and talent APAs bring to American corporations. Among the findings, the survey shows APA employees are loyal to their companies, while corporate board representation among APAs remains low. Learn more about the survey findings here.
At the Forum, Asia Society gave awards to the best employers for Asian Pacific American talent in several categories, with Goldman Sachs winning “Overall Best Employer for Asian Pacific Americans” for the second time in a row.
