Definition
（被安置）个人、家庭或社区可以合法占有的土地，保护其免受驱逐的危险，并且为其提供的保有权应在社会和文化意义上来讲适当。在任何情况下，向被安置民众提供的保有权实际上都不会弱于他们对流离失所的土地或资产的保有权。
妇女、青年和其他享有习惯或附属土地权的弱势群体的保有权保障往往较弱。
