MUMBAI, July 21, 2022 — Indian Ambassador Shyam Saran introduces his book How China Sees India and the World, which recounts the history of China’s rise and its relationship with India. Saran was joined by Asia Society Policy Institute Senior Fellow C Raja Mohan in a conversation about the book, political analysis of contemporary China, and his own experiences as a diplomat in China and as a former foreign secretary. Prof. Alka Acharya, professor of Chinese Studies at the Centre for East Asian Studies of Jawaharlal Nehru University; and Dr. Sriparna Pathak, assistant professor and assistant academic dean at the Jindal School of International Affairs of O.P.
