How APEC Can Expand Participation To Non-Members
NEW YORK, December 14, 2015 — Mari Elka Pangestu, trade ecomomist and visiting professor at the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University, thinks that the rigorous and lengthy process of officially expanding APEC membership shouldn't stop non-members from being able to participate in the annual summit.
