Heroes From Thai Cave Rescue Accept Asia Game Changer Award

NEW YORK, October 9, 2018 — Naronsak Osatanakorn, the local governor who coordinated the international group of rescuers at the Tham Luang caves in June, accepts an Asia Society Asia Game Changer Award.
