LOS ANGELES, October 19, 2022 – Asia Society Southern California's (ASSC) 13th Annual U.S.-Asia Entertainment Summit and Game Changer Awards will take place at the Skirball Cultural Center on Sunday, October 30. Honorees for this year's Game Change Awards are Sherry Cola (Good Trouble), Bowen Yang (Saturday Night Live), Jimmy O. Yang (Love Hard), music collective 88rising, and Marvel Studios' Ms. Marvel. We also will be presenting a lifetime achievement award to producer, Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President, and Advisory Board Member of ASSC and Summit Chair, Janet Yang. Programs are scheduled throughout the day with conversations on the future of digital media and web3, how women in animation are making their mark in the industry, what it takes for showrunners' to create successful programs, and trends in regional markets across Asia.
