LOS ANGELES, November 1, 2021— Destin Daniel Cretton, director of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, ​​​​​​​was honored as a 2021 Asia Entertainment Game Changer at Asia Society Southern California’s 12th annual U.S.-Asia Entertainment Summit. While accepting the award, he discussed how his grandmother influenced him throughout his life, leading him to become the curious, creative person he is today.
