Breakfast Yoga Club Houston
VIEW EVENT DETAILSLifelong Learning
Following two successful programs last year, Breakfast Yoga Club Houston returns to Asia Society Texas Center’s Festival Lawn for its October session.
The Breakfast Yoga Club (BYC) is a grass roots organization honoring all traditions of yoga. Attendees at this event will enjoy learning from a wide variety of teachers, encompassing distinct styles, such as hatha and vinyasa. A soothing musical background and hot breakfast often accompany the gatherings, funded through donations and run by volunteers.
BYC Houston will also highlight a local charity to raise awareness and support, with the intention of inspiring seva and cultivating activism in the community. LIVESTRONG Foundation has been selected as this month's charity.
