Let's Make Dumplings! with Anita Lo
Eating dumplings, especially in the same shape as ancient Chinese money, is a tradition during Lunar New Year to wish good fortune and wealth for the coming year. Learn how to expertly recreate famous pork, shrimp, and chive dumplings from celebrated chef and Top Chef Masters alum Anita Lo as she takes you through a step-by-step journey on the art of dumpling-making from wrapper to filling.
Join the group session on February 12, 5:30–6:45 p.m. CT ($49.99 per screen).
