Jordan Nassar is an American artist based in New York City. Nassar’s art addresses intersecting fields of craft, ethnicity, and the embedded notions of heritage and homeland, especially in creating works based on traditional Palestinian hand embroidery. Nassar’s works will be featured in Part 1 of the Triennial (Oct 27, 2020–Feb 7, 2021).

Join us live on Instagram as we take an exciting glimpse into Nassar’s studio and learn more about his art and ideas through an engaging discussion.

To watch, follow @asiasociety on Instagram and tune in at 10 a.m. New York time on June 26.
