The Center on U.S.-China Relations at Asia Society was founded by Arthur Ross and the Arthur Ross Foundation.
Orville Schell, Arthur Ross Director of the Center on U.S.-China Relations is a long-time China observer, author, journalist and former Dean and Professor at the University of California, Berkeley.
John Delury is Associate Director of Asia Society’s Center on U.S.-China Relations and Director of the China Boom Project. He taught Chinese history and politics at Brown University, and received a PhD in History at Yale.
