Born in Taiwan and raised by a village of strong, entrepreneurial women, Lin saw her mother transform from an introverted homemaker to a well-respected entrepreneur in a very conservative, male-dominated culture. She grew under the wings of her strong female role models who built successful fashion & jewelry businesses with hard work, intuitive creativity, and passion of giving the customers the most personalized care and excellent services. Lin carries these attributes with a drive for excellence, passion and giving throughout her life.
Lin is deeply committed to following her life mission to help others achieve their goals and leave behind a legacy with purpose and impact. Being a passionate music lover, she was appointed to serve as a commissioner at Los Angeles County’s Arts Commission from 2015 to 2019, and continues to support the arts and cultural organizations, such as Blue Ribbon in The Music Center in Los Angeles, Women Leadership Council, East Meets West Parent Education Club, and many nonprofit boards. Lin recently became one of the core members of Women Leadership in Philanthropy at Asian Pacific Community Fund, as well as a proud supporter of the Asian Women Empowered program at the Asia Society Southern California.
Lin obtained her MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, and attended Harvard Business School and UC Berkeley and UC Irvine, with “Preparing to be a Corporate Director”, “AI Application and Business Strategy”, and “Financial Planning Certificate” Programs respectively. Lin’s pride and joy are her three sons. Lin’s purpose in the second stage of her life is to give back and be a vessel for God’s Legacy to make a difference in the lives of others.
