We welcome all groups for self-guided experiences and group tours.   

Before Your Visit 

• While we do our best to accommodate all group visits, we ask that you schedule your visit for groups of 10 or more individuals at least two weeks in advance. Groups of over 15 individuals are subject to separate reservation times due to the size of our galleries. 
• For all groups with students 18 years and younger you will be asked to identify one or more chaperones depending on group size.
• Review our Visitor Guidelines with all of your group members to prepare for your visit. 
• We currently do not have a space in the building to accommodate group lunches that are not purchased in the Cafe. Please plan accordingly. 
• If your scheduled group is running late, please call us at 212-517-ASIA (2742). 
• For group tours, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour start time. 

During Your Visit

• For groups with chaperones, chaperones must remain with groups at all times.  
• Groups should follow our Visitor Guidelines at all times while visiting the museum. 

After Your Visit

• Your admission is valid for the entire day, and guest are welcome to continue their visit to the galleries.
