Belt and Road Forum
VIEW EVENT DETAILSOn November 30, Asia Society, the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security (IAGS), the China Energy Fund Committee (CEFC), and the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) will co-host the Inaugural U.S.-China Belt and Road Forum. The Forum aims to enhance global understanding of the Belt and Road Initiative and provide a platform for corporations, industry, financial institutions, governments and scholars to potentially engage and collaborate toward a common goal of greater Euro-Asian connectivity, prosperity and security.
The forum will begin at 8:30 AM and continue till 3:30 PM. Wendy Cutler, Vice President of the Asia Society Policy Institute, will be providing opening remarks and Asia Society Executive Vice President Tom Nagorski will be moderating a session on "Overcoming Asia’s infrastructure investment gap" at 11 AM.
