Business Council

Asia Society’s Business Council is a members-driven working group that meets 3-4 times a year to discuss the most pressing issues and opportunities facing Asia and the global business community. Meetings typically feature a special guest. Past guests have included the Ambassador from Singapore, Ambassador from the Philippines and the Consul General from the People’s Republic of China in NYC, among others.

It also acts as an “ideas incubator” to explore potential topics for programming and advises Asia Society on how to both expand and enhance cutting-edge programming that is both timely and relevant. Council members are invited to help curate special programs throughout the year and topical panel discussions, which provide opportunities for Council participation.
