Global Talent Impact Awards: Honoring leaders pursuing purpose-driven change

Each year, Asia Society invites people across the globe to submit nominees for the Global Talent Impact Awards. These Awards celebrate the outstanding contributions of leaders and companies that have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to the advancement of Pan-Asian AAPI employees.
Finalists will be invited to attend the awards ceremony on May 14, 2025.

The Categories for 2025's Awards Are:
- Most Inspiring Leader (Individual Award)
- Most Innovative Rising Star (Individual Award)
- Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Award for Work in Support of Pan-Asian Employees and Community (Company Award)
The deadline for nominations is March 21, 2025.
Criteria:
In 1,000 words or less, please share why you think nominee (either yourself or another person) should be considered for the award category selected. We are prioritizing individuals and companies who have made significant and compelling progress toward the advancement of Pan-Asian individuals in the community and/or corporate sector over the past 12 months. Please explain why this was impactful and give concrete examples.
The Most Inspiring Leader award is designed to recognize late-career individuals or executives across the corporate and non-profit sectors.
The Most Innovative Rising Star award is designated for mid-career professionals in the corporate sector.
The Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Award for Work in Support of Pan-Asian Employees and Community is designed to recognize companies who are making innovative and meaningful strides to unlock best talent at their organizations.
Selection and Judging Process:
Nominees will be reviewed by an independent judging panel made up of respected leadership experts with no direct connection to the nominees or sponsor companies. They will review the essay prompt for each nominee and decide on five finalists for each award.
