Johnson, Jessica Chen Weiss, and Guoguang Wu speak with CCA Senior Fellow Susan Jakes and discuss China’s decision-making structures, analyze the effects of leadership changes, and evaluate President Xi Jinping's control. CCA Executive Director Bates Gill officially delivered the opening remarks and introduced the updated website together with CCA Co-Founder and Managing Director Jing Qian and CCA Fellow Neil Thomas.
