Asia Society is delighted to be part of New York's 12th annual Summer Streets celebration on August 3rd from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. A project of the Department of Transportation, Summer Streets turns nearly 7 miles of New York City streets into a car-free zone space complete with fun activities, performances, and workshops in a celebration of public spaces.

Join us at the Uptown Rest Stop (Park Avenue & 51st Street) for a family-friendly DIY zine making workshop with artist Karl Orozco (8 a.m.-1 p.m.), free museum admission postcards, temporary tattoos, coloring, and more. Head to the museum any time between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. for your last chance to see our summer exhibitions! Or plan on staying cool in our auditorium at one of the Asian American International Film Festival screenings, happening from 12-6 p.m.
