Listen to your body, follow my beats and move to my playlist! This full-body workout is a combination of restorative bodyweight movements, core strength and stretching to shake you up and improve your posture. Alignment is key; Form first. You will learn how to connect to your core while maintaining the “neutral” spine (natural curves of the spine). Precision, control, and concentration are key, it's a workout for your brain as well.
Suitable for All fitness levels.
About Cass Lam
Cass Lam is a NASM-certified fitness coach and Pilates instructor, as well as a lifestyle advocate (Harvard Medical School) who promotes a healthy diet, lifestyle, fitness, and wellness toward better living. She also serves as a Sweaty Betty Ambassador.
