Gita Rebbapragada was named Crunchyroll’s Chief Operating Officer in September 2023, overseeing the anime leader’s strategy and planning, business and content operations, localization and dubbing, curation and programming and enterprise technology as well as all marketing functions. Previously, Rebbapragada served solely as Chief Marketing Officer, leading all marketing functions and vision of the brand, including brand strategy, experiential, audience development, creative services, communications, and all marketing executions worldwide for the multifaceted fan-forward business.

Over the last few years, she brought together the marketing leadership and organizations from both the Crunchyroll and Funimation brands to create a world-class, global marketing organization to serve fans under the Crunchyroll banner. Rebbapragada also oversaw the global marketing unification of the SVOD service, led the global marketing for three of the top five films in U.S. anime box office history, helped expand Funimation into Latin America and led brand integrations across acquisitions in the UK, Europe, and Australia. She joined Funimation in 2019.

Rebbapragada came to Crunchyroll after having a number of executive roles at high-growth venture-backed start-ups including TechStyle Fashion Group where she scaled the Fabletics men’s and women’s brands across subscription and retail - as well as Zipcar where she managed growth function, oversaw the innovation of its one-way car sharing service and supported the integration into Avis Budget Group. She has also held roles as a management consultant at L.E.K. Consulting and agency marketing roles at Young & Rubicam and Lot21 Inc.(now Carat Freeman).

Rebbapragada holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School for Business where she earned a Dean’s Recognition Award. 

Maya Rogers is the CEO of Tetris, where she oversees the strategic direction of the iconic video game franchise. Today, the Tetris brand thrives under her leadership. The brand has become ubiquitous across major gaming platforms and is expanding its influence into a myriad of sectors, including electronics, toys, apparel, and entertainment. Notably, 2023 saw the launch of a major motion picture, Tetris, on Apple+, coinciding with the 40th anniversary of Tetris in 2024.

In 2012, Rogers co-founded Blue Startups, a Hawaiʻi-based venture accelerator investing globally in technology companies across SaaS, Travel and Tourism, Sustainability, and Gaming verticals. Blue Startups has been pivotal in fostering innovation, investing in over one hundred companies worldwide, and organizing Hawaiʻi's premier startup conference, East Meets West, which connects entrepreneurs and investors across Asia and the U.S. Their contributions were recognized in 2019 with the Hawaii Venture Capital Association's Investor of the Year Award.

Prior to her role at Tetris, Rogers led Business Development at Tetris Online China, pioneering the company's entry into the Chinese gaming market. Previously, she served as a Localization Producer at Sony Interactive Entertainment, introducing Japanese games to the US market.

A dedicated philanthropist, Rogers serves on multiple community boards, including the American Red Cross Hawaiʻi Chapter, Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women & Children, Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center, and the Women's Fund of Hawaiʻi.

Rogers earned a BS in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management. She grew up in Japan and Hawaii with a Dutch-Indonesian father and a Japanese mother. She currently resides in Honolulu with her husband and two children.

Michelle K. Sugihara is the Executive Director of CAPE (Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment), the premier non-profit organization creating opportunities and driving change for Asian and Pacific Islander (API) success in Hollywood. A fourth generation Japanese American born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai’i, she graduated with honors from Claremont McKenna College with a dual major in Economics and Psychology and a minor in Asian American Studies, followed by a law degree from UCLA. Prior to joining CAPE, she was an entertainment attorney, film producer, and adjunct professor for the Claremont Colleges’ Intercollegiate Department of Asian American Studies. 

A prolific public speaker, Sugihara speaks across the country on Asian Representation in Media; Women in Entertainment; Diversity and Inclusion; Leadership; and other topics. She's also associated with Cold Tofu, a premier Asian American comedy group, and teaches "Improv for Lawyers." 

Sugihara is highly involved in the community, holding roles such as founding member of the Asian Pacific American Friends of the Theater, former Co-Chair of the Multicultural Bar Alliance of Southern California, member of PBS-SoCal Asian Pacific Islander Community Council, former VP of OCA-Greater Los Angeles, past president of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles County, past member of Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Los Angeles’s Executive Advisory Council, and past board member of the Japanese American Bar Association. She has been recognized with awards like the City of Los Angeles R.I.S.E. Award and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s Best Lawyers Under 40 award. Additionally, she has been featured as a "Rising Star" in Los Angeles Magazine’s Super Lawyer Rising Star section for seven consecutive years.
