The Gen A is a programme designed for rising executives and leaders who wish to increase their Asia Competence and join an active community of like-minded professionals who have a keen interest in the Asia-Pacific. The programme has been successfully implemented by Asia Society Switzerland and Asia Society Australia. It is a learning, networking and leadership development platform, and an excellent opportunity for Corporate Members of Asia Society India Centre to develop high potential young leaders.

Batch of 2022

The Gen A Leadership Development Programme is Asia Society India Centre's emerging networking and leadership platform. It is a learning and leadership development initiative with an emphasis on intellectual discussions, potential collaborations and networking opportunities. The Batch of 2022 has nominations from over 16 Corporate Members and Supporters with a total cohort strength of 39 leaders. The Batch represents organisations from a large spectrum, some of the prominent organisations represented are Bloomberg, Morgan Stanley, Dalberg, Credit Suisse, Avendus Capital, Julius Baer, and many more.
