Director of Education and Outreach
Classification: Full-Time; Exempt
Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 (commensurate with experience)
Benefits: Paid time off, health insurance, employment retirement contribution after year one of 5% of annual salary plus additional match of up to 5%; eligibility to work remotely one day per week after six months of employment
Schedule: Min. 40 hours per week; will be required to work some evenings and weekends

Development Associate
Classification: Full-Time; Non-Exempt
Compensation: $43,500–$47,500; commensurate with experience

Reports to: Vice President, Development
Facility Associate
Classification: Full-Time Hourly; Non-Exempt
Compensation: $16–$20/hour
Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week; will be required to work some evenings and weekends
Reports to: Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager
