Who Owns the Water? (Complete)

NEW YORK, November 7, 2019 — Contemporary artist Vibha Galhotra addresses the titular question in a panel discussion based on her long-term work around the use of water. Joining her are Columbia Water Center Director Upmanu Lall, WE ACT for Environmental Justice Director of Environmental Health Lubna Ahmed, and New School Assistant Professor of Culture and Media Heather Davis, who moderated the discussion.
