In Concert: Khumariyaan

NEW YORK, October 12, 2014 — Khumariyaan, an instrumental quartet from Peshawar, Pakistan, performs in a concert that was part of a U.S. tour sponsored by the U.S. State Department's Center Stage program. Khumariyaan's members are Farhan Bogra, rubab and Pashtoon sitar; Shiraz Khan, percussion (Zerbaghali); Sparlay Rawail, lead guitar and Ghungro percussion; and Aamer Shafiq, rhythm guitar.
