December 6, 2022 — In the fourth session of Asia Society Korea’s 2022 Asia Society Korean Youth (ASK-Y), a youth panel discusses numerous ways in which youths can contribute to the elimination of human rights violations. Ambassador Joon Oh, board member at Asia Society Korea and current chair of Save the Children, joins as a mentor for this session. Oh shares valuable insights on a variety of human rights issues, including gender, ethnicity, age, and socioeconomic class. The former Korean Ambassador to the United Nations further underlines the necessity of fostering the mindset of global citizens rather than remaining within national borders.
