HOUSTON, September 12, 2022 — Asia Society Texas kicked off its fall season with a celebration of Houston’s vibrant food scene, featuring a roster of local chefs curated by Evelyn García and Henry Lu and whose featured dishes reflected the city’s diversity.

Fresh off a finalist finish in Bravo’s Top Chef: Houston season, García and byKIN HTX co-chef Lu headlined the tasting tour at AST. The festive evening invited guests to explore the Center's various spaces and meet the 14 chefs representing nine different restaurants or small businesses.
