Experience "Bamboo Bliss," a unique yoga collaboration hosted by Lost Lotus Yoga Studio at Asia Society Texas' serene bamboo garden! Join the All Levels Vinyasa Flow every third Saturday of the month for an inclusive class for practitioners of all levels to enjoy a flowing sequence amid tranquil surroundings and find a sense of clarity, control, and empowerment.

Bring your own mats (BYOM). Limited capacity; advance registration is strongly recommended.

About the Instructor

Natasha Ponciano is a Canadian-born Houston transplant. Yoga has created a sense of purpose in her life, fueled by passion and positivity. Yoga has made a progressive impact on Natasha's life after a severe car accident left her with a broken neck in 2014. Her flows tend to follow an upbeat and energetic pace — her ode to modern yoga. That being said, she wanted to dive deep within the roots of it all and pursue her trainings in an authentic and traditional atmosphere, completing her training in Siem Reap, Cambodia and a remote ashram in the foothills of the Annapurna Mountain ranges. Her mission as a teacher is to spread joy, energy, and understanding to her students breath by breath, and give them a safe space to get lost in their own authenticities, grow, and bloom.

 About Lost Lotus Yoga

Lost Lotus Yoga Studio is dedicated to providing a unique and creative yoga experience in a boutique setting while honoring all yoga styles and practices intuitively and accepting everyone exactly as they are. They strive to help every student connect and understand their highest and most authentic self through practice, play, self-love, and self-care. They aim to create a safe space for students and teachers to bloom wildly and without judgment, and to get lost in the idea of being the best versions of themselves, by being themselves.
