Our annual Night Market returns! Drawing inspiration from street markets in East and Southeast Asia, our all-ages festival celebrates Houston's AAPI communities through food, arts, shopping, and activities.
Enjoy a festive evening as we build upon the success of previous years' festivals and transform our parking lot, street, and building into a marketplace, beer garden, and game zone. While the outdoor market is free and open to the public, tickets are required to access activities and performances inside Asia Society Texas' building.

Tickets for indoor activities are $5 and limited-quantity (free for AST members); admission to the dance concert is an additional $5. Advance ticket sales close at 4 p.m. on Friday, November 1; tickets may be purchased onsite at our info tent.

Health and Safety
Night Market is a rain-or-shine event taking place both indoors and outdoors.
Starting at noon on Friday, November 1, Southmore Boulevard in front of the building will be closed to vehicle traffic. Asia Society Texas is closed to the public Friday, November 1, until Night Market begins at 6 p.m.
Asia Society Texas is closed to the public Saturday, November 2.
Parking and Transportation
The Asia Society Texas parking lot will be used for the festival and will NOT be available for parking.
Parking options include:
- Holocaust Museum Houston (5401 Caroline Street)
- Museum Medical Tower (5714 Caroline Street Garage)
- Abm Parking Services (Binz Street and Caroline Street)
- Peak Parking (5512 Caroline Street)
- Street parking is also available.
- Bicycle racks are available in our parking lot for no cost.

Volunteers
Join the fun by volunteering for Night Market! Shifts are 5:15–8:15 p.m. and 7:30–10:30 p.m.; volunteer spots are limited.
All volunteers for this event must be at least 18 years old, participate in a short virtual training prior to the festival, and complete the following form:

Drawing inspiration from street markets commonly found in East and Southeast Asia, Asia Society Texas' annual Night Market festival celebrates Houston's arts and food scenes while also engaging visitors through thought-provoking exhibitions and all-ages activities.
