Kip Fulbeck

Artist Talk

Pioneering artist Kip Fulbeck creates work that is an insightful, wry, and often acidic commentary on race, identity, and popular culture. Using his own multiracial background as a springboard, in the exhibition kip fulbeck: part asian, 100% hapa, he confronts media imagery and interracial dating patterns to inspire audiences to explore how our own ethnic stereotypes and opinions on cultural identity are formed.

Join Fulbeck for an afternoon of spoken word and conversation as he invites us to honestly consider, Who Am I?
