Feng shui — the way of wind and water — is the Chinese approach to harmonizing individuals with their environments. The practice of feng shui is thousands of years old and has developed into a sophisticated art of cultivating accord with one’s environment. Largely based on the concept of qi or “life energy,” feng shui seeks to integrate and unify qi in all areas of life. 

Asia Society Texas welcomes feng shui master Chao-Chiung (C.C.) Lee for an introduction to the art and practice of feng shui. This program will discuss its historical development and its incorporation in decision-making as well as its modern application in everyday life. 

No prior knowledge of feng shui is required to enjoy this presentation.

About the Speaker

Chao-Chiung (C.C.) Lee is founder of STOA Architects and the Feng Shui Institute of Houston. He is a world-renowned architect, artist, feng shui master, and author. He has taught feng shui at Rice University for over 20 years and has offered numerous feng shui trainings, workshops and lectures around the world and at institutions including Harvard University, Tsinghua University and the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
