AsiaFest 2020: 'Passage' Magazine
Passage is a new digital and print-on-demand magazine that takes you on a behind-the-scenes journey into some of Asia Society's most exciting community collaborations. Our first edition, produced in partnership with our Teen Council, utilizes intergenerational conversations to highlight the unique stories behind the diverse collection of culturally-driven local businesses that live at the heart of our annual AsiaFest celebration.
In these pages, you'll find:
- Stories, interviews, and personal essays resulting from a summer of exchange between the young leaders on our Teen Council and AsiaFest's vendors and performing arts partners
- A selection of DIY arts-and-crafts activities to engage the family at home
- A directory of our longstanding AsiaFest participants so you can easily shop their arts, crafts, food, and more
With a simple flip of the page, take your passport throughout the different regions of Asia and help us in supporting Houston's local small businesses, all from the safety of home. We hope you enjoy!
