Performance Series: Counter Current Festival, Ten Tiny Dances® in Ten Days: A Virtual Performance
In lieu of their annual gathering held in April, Houston's Counter Current Festival is hosting a series of 10 short virtual performances over 10 days, from April 20 through May 1, each confined to a 4x4-foot space. Featured here is the first in the series, a duet by Connor Walsh (who also choreographed) and Chae Eun Yang.

Short Film: Lazy Susan
Lazy Susan from Terri Timely on Vimeo.
Short film Lazy Susan reinvents the origin story of this ubiquitous rotating dining instrument in a comedic tale by Terri Timely (a moniker inclusive of co-directors Ian Kibbey and Corey Creasey). The film shows Lazy Susan's journey to inventing the most efficient, time-saving device of all time, as a lethargic response to her family's praise for her livelier sister Active Annie and to save her family's restaurant from going out of business.
