The Houston Asian American Archive collects, documents, and preserves the lived experiences of the Asian diaspora in Houston. Amongst all the stories in this rich archive, we are particular fans of the shared histories of artists whom we are lucky to have living and working in Houston. Check out Matt Manalo's entry in the archive to learn about his journey from Manila to Houston, and his work as an artist and community organizer.
