Young Lives in China
On January 30 and January 31, 2018, British author and journalist Alec Ash who lives in Beijing since 2008, joined us for a series of events in Basel and Zurich where he read passages from his book "Wish Lanterns - Young Lives in New China" and talked about his personal observations and experiences with Chinese millennials and their roles, dreams, and aspirations. He touches upon topics such as generation gaps, modern technology and the internet, relationships, and the Chinese education system.
