Huong Le Thu

Huong Le Thu is a non-resident fellow with the Southeast Asia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. She has over 15 years of experience working in academia and think tanks across the Indo-Pacific such as Taiwan, Singapore, and Australia. She is an influential policy analyst and a regular contributor to both international media as well as academic publications. She can be found on Twitter here.

She talks to us about Southeast Asia’s positioning in the great power competition between China and the U.S., and about what opportunities can arise from it for the region as well as individual countries such as Vietnam.
