Dr. Bich Tran (pronounced as Bic Trahn) is a senior fellow at Verve Research, an adjunct fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and a nonresident fellow at We Protect our Seas. She has been selected to join the 2025 Young Strategists Forum and 2024 International Strategy Forum. Her research interests include grand strategy, maritime security, cybersecurity, and other issues at the intersection between geopolitics and technology.
