To this day these exceptional pieces continue to captivate viewers thanks to their pure perfection, simple elegance, and breathtaking beauty.

The Museum Rietberg is privileged to host a superb selection of more than six hundred pieces from the world-renowned Meiyintang Collection, that showcase the development of Chinese pottery and ceramic art from its beginnings in the Neolithic era up to the thirteenth century.
