When is the 2023 Annual Gala?
The Gala will take place on Sunday, May 21, 2023

Where will the Gala be held?
The Gala will be held at the Skirball Cultural Center, located at 2701 North Sepulveda Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90049.

How do I attend the Gala?
Various table options are available as part of our sponsorship packages. Please email info_la@asiasociety.org if you are interested in a sponsorship.

When should I arrive for the cocktail reception?
Please arrive at 5:30 p.m. to allow for adequate time for check-in. The reception will begin at 5:45 p.m and conclude at 6:45 p.m.

When does the gala dinner begin?
The gala dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m. and conclude at 9:00 p.m.

Where should I park?
Please park in the North Garage as indicated on the map below. There is also an overflow garage located across the street.

Is there valet or complimentary parking?
Parking is complimentary.

Do I need to wear a mask?
Please refer to Los Angeles County ordinances and Skirball Cultural Center rules for the most up-to-date information.

How many guests will be in attendance?
Our annual gala usually has roughly 300 guests in attendance.

What is the event's dress code?
The dress code is evening attire or cultural dress. For reference, you may view photos from past Gala events as a reference: 2022, 2018, 2017
