On April 22, the Washington International Trade Association (WITA) in collaboration with the Asia Society Policy Institute (ASPI) cohosted a timely webinar on "Phase 2: The Art of the Deal with China". The discussion traversed the prospects for the U.S. and China to get back to the negotiating table, including what lessons could be learnt from the Phase 1 deal, and what would be the key asks from China and the U.S. in any negotiations.
