International Accountability Project (IAP)
IAP supports local activists and communities in accessing and exchanging information about development that affects them. It aims to advance development principles and projects that prioritize human and environmental rights.
IAP’s Global Advocacy Team initiative brings together international activists to conduct community-led research and mobilize communities that are seeking to enact change in development policy. Its Early Warning System arms local communities and related organizations with clear advocacy strategies, as well as verified information about development projects that have been proposed at major international finance institutions (IFIs).
