Cambodian League for the Promotion and Defense of Human Rights (LICADHO)

Description

LICADHO aims to protect civil, political, economic, and social rights; and promote respect for such rights by the Cambodian Government and institutions. It focuses on human rights monitoring and advocacy (especially for women and children), free medical services for vulnerable people, grassroots support, and social work.
